# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
02 - Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form an even crust.
03 - Evenly sprinkle chocolate chips over the crust, followed by butterscotch chips, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts.
04 - Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the layered ingredients.
05 - Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until edges are golden and center is set. Allow to cool completely in the pan.
06 - In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and water. Stir until dissolved, then stop stirring and cook until deep amber color forms, about 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat, whisk in butter, then slowly whisk in heavy cream. Stir in flaky sea salt and let cool slightly.
07 - Drizzle the cooled caramel over the bars. Let set, then lift bars from the pan using the parchment overhang and cut into squares.
