# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • You literally prep once and enjoy a perfect breakfast for days without touching a stove.
  • It's packed with protein and fiber so you'll actually stay full until lunch, not raiding the pantry by ten.
  • The almond butter swirl makes it taste indulgent while still being completely clean eating.
02 -
  • The first time I made this, I used sweetened almond milk and it turned into something that tasted more like a milkshake—unsweetened is the move every single time.
  • Frozen berries will weep into your oats and turn everything purple, so if that's all you have, thaw them first and pat them dry, or add them fresh in the morning instead.
03 -
  • Measure your oats first, then use that same cup measure for the almond milk—this simple one-to-one ratio is foolproof and you don't even need to think about proportions.
  • Mix everything while the ingredients are cold straight from the fridge, and the oats soften more evenly overnight instead of getting mushy patches and crunchy bits.
