# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It takes less than ten minutes to assemble, then the freezer does all the work while you go about your day.
  • You can taste the tartness of the yogurt, the burst of berries, and the crunch of granola all in one bite.
  • It feels like dessert but works just as well grabbed straight from the freezer on a busy morning.
02 -
  • If you spread the yogurt too thick, it takes forever to freeze and becomes hard to bite through.
  • Pressing the toppings into the yogurt before freezing is the difference between them sticking or scattering all over your counter.
03 -
  • Freeze a double batch and keep one pan for yourself and one to give away, it makes a thoughtful homemade gift.
  • If your yogurt is too tart, add an extra half tablespoon of honey, it makes all the difference.
