# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper or grease thoroughly.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, eggs, vegetable oil or melted butter, granulated sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until the mixture becomes smooth.
03 - In a separate medium bowl, blend together all-purpose flour, ground black sesame, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
04 - Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and fold gently with a spatula just until combined. Do not overmix.
05 - Fold in chopped walnuts or chocolate chips if using, ensuring even distribution throughout the batter.
06 - Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the surface. Sprinkle whole black sesame seeds uniformly over the top.
07 - Place pan in center of preheated oven and bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
08 - Allow loaf to cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Remove and place on a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
