01 - 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
02 - 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken (grilled, fried, or rotisserie)
03 - 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
04 - 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1/2 cup homemade croutons
06 - Kosher salt, to taste
07 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

08 - 4 flour tortillas (10-inch)
# Directions:
01 - Combine chopped romaine lettuce, cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and croutons in a large bowl. Toss thoroughly with tongs to evenly coat. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Add additional dressing if preferred. Set aside.
02 - Heat the flour tortillas in a large skillet over medium heat for 15 to 30 seconds on each side until pliable, or microwave between paper towels for 15 to 30 seconds. Keep warm under a kitchen towel.
03 - Place warmed tortillas on a clean surface. Distribute the salad mixture evenly in the center of each tortilla.
04 - Fold the sides of each tortilla inward, then roll tightly in a burrito style. Use toothpicks to secure if necessary.
05 - Serve the wraps whole or cut in half as preferred.
