# Components:

→ Egg Mixture

01 - 3 large eggs, separated
02 - 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
03 - 3 tablespoons cornstarch
04 - 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
05 - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Color Additions

06 - Red, yellow, blue, and green gel food coloring

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large, clean bowl, combine egg whites and cream of tartar. Beat with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gradually incorporate granulated sugar, continuing to beat until stiff and glossy peaks develop.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk egg yolks with cornstarch and vanilla extract until the mixture is thoroughly smooth.
04 - Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites, using a spatula to avoid deflation.
05 - Divide the batter evenly into separate bowls according to the desired number of colors. Mix in several drops of gel food coloring into each portion and gently fold until colors are fully incorporated.
06 - Spoon dollops of each colored batter onto the prepared baking sheet, placing them side by side to create a rainbow effect. Optionally, swirl lightly with a spatula for a marbled presentation.
07 - Transfer the sheet to the oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until cloud bread is set and lightly golden.
08 - Allow the bread to cool slightly before lifting from the baking sheet. Serve immediately to enjoy the optimum fluffy texture.
