# Directions:
01 - Place cottage cheese, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a food processor or high-speed blender. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as necessary.
02 - Taste the blended mousse and adjust the level of sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.
03 - Divide a layer of the chocolate mousse evenly into the base of four serving glasses or jars using a spoon or spatula.
04 - Spoon a portion of Greek yogurt over the mousse layer in each glass, then sprinkle with granola or gluten-free cookie crumbles.
05 - Repeat the layering with remaining mousse and yogurt as desired, finishing with a final layer of mousse.
06 - Garnish the tops with dark chocolate chips or shavings, fresh berries, and chopped nuts if desired.
