01 - 7 oz Brie cheese, cut into 24 small cubes

02 - 1 sheet (approximately 8.8 oz) ready-rolled puff pastry, thawed

03 - ½ cup cranberry sauce, store-bought or homemade
→ Garnish (optional)
04 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary or thyme
05 - 24 pecan halves or walnuts (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and line a 24-cup mini muffin tin with paper liners or grease lightly.
02 - Unroll the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 24 equal squares.
03 - Gently press each pastry square into the mini muffin cups to form small cups.
04 - Place one Brie cube into each pastry cup.
05 - Top each Brie with one teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
06 - Optionally, sprinkle with chopped herbs or place a pecan half on top for extra flavor and texture.
07 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until pastry is golden and cheese is melted.
08 - Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving warm or at room temperature.
