01 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

02 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Black pepper, to taste
→ Snack Coating
08 - 2 cups Flamin Hot corn chips or Flamin Hot Cheetos, crushed into crumbs
→ Biscuits
09 - 12 mini pretzel biscuits or 24 to 36 thick pretzel sticks
→ Garnish & Assembly
10 - 12 small wooden skewers or cocktail sticks
11 - Extra chives, for garnish (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, fresh chives, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix with a spatula until smooth and homogeneous.
02 - Portion heaping tablespoons of the mixture and roll into 12 uniform balls.
03 - Pour crushed Flamin Hot corn chips or Cheetos into a shallow dish. Roll each cheese ball in the crumbs, pressing gently for an even coating.
04 - Thread one pretzel biscuit or 2 to 3 pretzel sticks onto each wooden skewer and gently place a Flamin Hot coated cheese ball on top.
05 - Arrange all skewers on a serving platter and optionally sprinkle with extra chives. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours prior to serving.
