01 - 4 slices sourdough or white sandwich bread
02 - 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
03 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
→ Seasoning
04 - 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
# Directions:
01 - Spread a thin, even layer of softened butter on one side of each bread slice.
02 - Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning generously over the buttered sides, pressing gently to adhere.
03 - Flip two slices so the unseasoned side faces up, layer 2 slices of cheese on each, then top with the remaining bread slices, seasoned side facing out.
04 - Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
05 - Place sandwiches in the skillet and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side, pressing gently, until bread is golden and cheese is melted.
06 - Remove from heat, let cool slightly, slice, and serve.
