# Components:
→ Fruit
01 - 18 ounces seedless red or green grapes
→ Citrus
02 - 2 limes, zested and juiced
→ Sweetener
03 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar or agave syrup
→ Extras
04 - Pinch of salt
05 - Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Rinse the grapes thoroughly under cold water and dry completely. Remove all stems and discard.
02 - Arrange grapes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours until solid throughout.
03 - Transfer the frozen grapes to a high-speed blender or food processor. Add lime juice, lime zest, sugar or agave syrup, and a pinch of salt. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, pausing to scrape down the sides as needed.
04 - Taste and adjust sweetness or lime juice to preference if desired.
05 - Serve immediately for a soft-serve consistency, or transfer mixture to an airtight container and freeze for 1 hour for a firmer texture.
06 - Scoop into bowls and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve well-chilled.
