# Directions:
01 - Wash and peel the cucumber and carrot. Slice the cucumber into thin, long strips, cut the carrot into thin matchsticks, and slice the yellow bell pepper into thin strips.
02 - Place one cracker as the base and spread a thin layer of cream cheese evenly on top.
03 - Top the base cracker with a slice of cheddar cheese, a few cucumber strips, and some carrot matchsticks.
04 - Place another cracker on top, spread a thin layer of cream cheese, then add a slice of Swiss cheese, several bell pepper strips, and two olive slices.
05 - Continue layering until the stack reaches five crackers, alternating cheeses and vegetables to create a colorful, flavorful tower.
06 - Insert a chive stem along the side to resemble a neck, top with an olive slice as the head, and add two small carrot pieces as ossicones.
07 - Use a toothpick to hold the stack if needed. Repeat the process to prepare four stacks in total.
