03 - Lay out one tortilla. Evenly spread approximately 1/4 of the prepared cream cheese mixture across its surface, maintaining a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
04 - Distribute about 2 tablespoons of the cranberry mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer.
05 - Arrange approximately 1/4 of the sliced deli turkey breast evenly over the cranberry mixture. Top with a handful of baby spinach leaves, followed by a sprinkle of shredded cheese.
06 - Tightly roll up each tortilla from one edge to create a log. Repeat the assembly process with the remaining tortillas and fillings. Individually wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes to allow them to firm.
