02 - Scatter the chopped bacon evenly over the Brussels sprouts. Roast for 18 to 22 minutes, stirring the mixture once halfway through.
03 - Drizzle the maple syrup over the hot sprouts and bacon. Return to the oven for an additional 2 to 3 minutes to achieve a glaze.
04 - Transfer the roasted mixture to a serving bowl. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and toss to combine.
05 - Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
