03 - 1 teaspoon salt

07 - 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
08 - 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

09 - Zest and juice of 1 large lemon
10 - 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
11 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
12 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

# Directions:
01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add orzo pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to halt cooking.
