04 - Scoop out heaping tablespoons of mixture and roll between your palms to form uniform balls.
05 - Roll each ball in finely shredded coconut until evenly coated.
06 - Set the balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
