04 - Arrange assembled pretzel bites on the lined baking sheet. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes to firm.
05 - In a microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until thoroughly melted and smooth.
06 - Dip each pretzel bite halfway into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip back into the bowl. Return coated bites to the baking sheet.
07 - Immediately sprinkle each chocolate-dipped bite with flaky sea salt. Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until chocolate sets. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
