06 - 8 slices thick-cut bacon
07 - 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
08 - 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
09 - 2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
10 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
11 - 1 avocado, sliced (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Combine mayonnaise, minced chipotle peppers, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Adjust chipotle quantity to preferred spiciness and set aside.
02 - Fry bacon slices in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp. Transfer to paper towels to drain excess fat.
03 - Heat tortillas briefly in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
04 - Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of chipotle mayo evenly over each tortilla.
05 - Layer shredded romaine, tomato slices, red onion, and avocado slices (if desired) down the center of each tortilla.
06 - Place 2 slices of crispy bacon atop the layered vegetables on each wrap.
07 - Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly. Slice in half if preferred and serve immediately.
