01 - 1 large Granny Smith apple, cored and thinly sliced

02 - 8 graham cracker squares
03 - 4 large marshmallows
04 - 4 squares milk or dark chocolate
05 - 4 tablespoons caramel sauce, store-bought or homemade

# Directions:
01 - Preheat broiler or set grill to medium heat.
02 - Arrange graham cracker squares on a baking tray. Place one chocolate square on each of four cracker bases.
03 - Set a large marshmallow on top of each chocolate layer.
04 - Toast the marshmallows under the broiler for 1 to 2 minutes or over the grill, until golden and softened. Monitor closely to avoid burning.
05 - Top each toasted marshmallow with 2 to 3 apple slices.
06 - Drizzle one tablespoon caramel sauce over apples on each stack. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon if desired.
