10 - Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
11 - Fresh herbs such as chives or parsley, finely chopped, for garnish (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a clean mixing bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar and salt using an electric mixer until stiff peaks are achieved.
03 - In a separate bowl, blend egg yolks and softened cream cheese until smooth and fully incorporated.
04 - Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites, taking care not to deflate the volume.
05 - Spoon the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, forming four equal rounds to serve as sandwich halves.
06 - Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and just set. Allow to cool slightly on a wire rack.
07 - While bread bakes, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper. Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, then scramble the egg mixture until just set.
08 - Layer scrambled eggs, one slice of cheese, and turkey bacon (if using) between two pieces of cloud bread. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
