01 - Distribute chopped berries, kiwi, and peach evenly among popsicle molds.
02 - Mix orange juice, coconut milk, and honey or maple syrup in a bowl until well combined.
03 - Pour the liquid mixture over the fruit in the molds, leaving space at the top. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
04 - Once frozen, place the popsicles on a serving board lined with parchment paper.
05 - Surround the popsicles with watermelon, pineapple, grapes, and mango. Place small bowls of shredded coconut, chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and vanilla Greek yogurt nearby for dipping.
06 - Decorate the board with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
