11 - 1 cup Greek yogurt
12 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
13 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
14 - 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
15 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
16 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
17 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Directions:

01 - Wash and thoroughly dry all vegetables.
02 - Cut the cucumber into thin rounds to represent vertebrae and tail bones.
03 - Peel and slice carrots into slender sticks to mimic ribs and limbs.
04 - Cut the yellow and red bell peppers into strips for the jaw, spine, and claws.
05 - Separate broccoli and cauliflower into small florets representing skull, pelvis, and joints.
06 - Layer baby spinach leaves evenly as a base on a large serving platter.
07 - Arrange all prepared vegetables on the spinach base to form a T-Rex fossil shape; use black olives for eyes and claws, and cherry tomatoes as accent pieces or fossilized eggs.
08 - In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
