01 - 1 ½ cups cold brew coffee or strong chilled coffee
→ Tahini Blend
02 - 3 tablespoons tahini, well-stirred
03 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, to taste
04 - ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
05 - Pinch of sea salt

06 - ½ cup plant-based milk, such as almond, oat, or soy
07 - 1 cup ice cubes
# Directions:
01 - Whisk tahini, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt in a small bowl or pitcher until smooth and fully incorporated.
02 - Add ice cubes to two tall glasses.
03 - Pour cold brew coffee evenly into each glass over the ice.
04 - Divide the tahini mixture between both glasses and stir thoroughly to combine with the coffee.
05 - Top each glass with plant-based milk and gently stir for a creamy texture.
06 - Taste the drink and adjust the sweetness, adding more maple syrup or honey if desired. Serve immediately.
