# Directions:

01 - In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together milk, heavy cream, cocoa powder, white chocolate chips, and sugar. Stir continuously until hot and chocolate is fully melted without boiling.
02 - Sift the matcha powder into a small bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of hot (not boiling) water and whisk vigorously until smooth and frothy.
03 - Remove the saucepan from heat and whisk the prepared matcha into the chocolate mixture until completely blended.
04 - Pour the matcha-infused cocoa evenly into two mugs.
05 - Skewer the marshmallows and toast over an open flame, campfire, or gas stove until golden brown and lightly charred.
06 - Place two toasted marshmallows on top of each mug. Sprinkle with flaked sea salt if desired and serve immediately.
