# Directions:

01 - Set oven to 375°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and whisk until smooth. Stir in ham, cheese, bell pepper, and green onions.
03 - Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook gently, stirring until softly set. Remove from heat.
04 - Arrange crescent roll triangles on baking sheet in a circle about 12 inches wide, overlapping wide ends in the center with points facing outward to create a wreath shape.
05 - Spoon the scrambled egg mixture evenly around the overlapped dough forming a ring.
06 - Fold pointed dough ends over the filling and tuck under the center to seal, leaving the wreath center open.
07 - Brush the dough with melted butter and sprinkle with poppy or sesame seeds if desired.
08 - Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
