Ingredients

  • Flour tortillas (8-inch): 4 pieces
  • Unsalted butter: 3 tbsp, melted
  • Granulated sugar: 2 tbsp
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder: 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Ground cinnamon (optional): 1/8 tsp
  • Salt: Pinch
  • Fresh strawberries: 1 cup, diced
  • Kiwi: 1 medium, peeled and diced
  • Fresh pineapple: 1/2 cup, diced
  • Mango: 1/2 cup, diced
  • Apple: 1/2 small, diced
  • Fresh lime juice: 1 tbsp
  • Honey or maple syrup: 1 tbsp
  • Fresh mint (optional): 1 tbsp, finely chopped

Instructions

Prep Oven & Sheet:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix Cocoa-Sugar:
In a small bowl, mix sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon (if using) and salt.
Coat Tortillas:
Brush both sides of tortillas with melted butter. Sprinkle cocoa-sugar mixture evenly over both sides.
